About Vet

Hello! My name is Anna and I’ve been a licensed veterinary technician for almost 8 years. I have 4 years experience in emergency and critical care and 6 years experience in general practice. I’m also a volunteer and foster parent at a local kitten rescue where we foster neonate kittens (bottle babies) until they’re old enough to be vetted and move on to their forever home. I currently work in a small general practice where I’m mostly a surgery technician. This means I induce and monitor patients under anesthesia, prep patients for surgery, assist the surgeon, perform dental cleanings, and recover patients and make sure they are comfortable after their procedure. When I’m helping with appointments, I enjoy performing lab work, monitoring ICU patients, client education on numerous subjects and of course handing out treats! A little about myself, I’m married to wonderful heavy machine operator, Jeremy. I have 1 son, Hunter, who also shares a passion for animals. We have 2 dogs, Tex and Jenna, and 2 cats, Star and Reeses. I look forward to helping you with your fur baby!
