Dr. Nicols was very diligent in her questions to help me with my kittens URI. I felt comfortable to ask her anything, and ask I did. (101 questions) She was so kind and put me on track to my kitten having a healthy life in the future.

Dr Nicols was very thorough and helpful with my Maltese who had a skin irritation. I'm very thankful for the telemedicine option since I live in Ypsilanti and all of the clinic locations are a minimum of 45 minutes from my house.
