About Vet

My name is Dr. Alex Witt and I'm here to help your furry friends feel better! I'm a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and now have been practicing for over 5 years. I have a soft spot for cats (grew up a cat person through and through), but through the nature of this work, dogs have also become a integral part of my life. My own cat, Tortellini, however, could certainly still stand to learn some manners. I'm currently the director of the surgical service for a busy general practice, and I surely do love surgery the most. However, I appreciate the opportunity to stay connected with community through places like this platform while also juggling a busy a surgical service.
