Was honestly shocked at the incredible experience I had with my first ever virtual vet visit! Vetster had by far the highest reviews, Dr. Gu had great reviews, yet I was still a bit sceptical and half expecting to be told to see an in person vet regardless. Dr. Gu was extremely thorough, caring, kind, and very knowledgeable. She not only eased our mind and provided as great care as you can virtually, but she took her time, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice on food, nutrition, and supplements that I would never have otherwise known! I can’t recommend Vetster enough and will definitely be a long time patient should the need arise in the future!
