My 10+ years experience have led me from the equine industry in Kentucky to general small animal practice in Florida and beyond. Reminiscing on vet school, volunteering with a non for profit organization in Nicaragua and Costa Rica, providing vet care to underserved regions comes to mind often.

Passionate about helping animals see the world clearly and live their best lives, I offer veterinary acupuncture in person as a gentle and effective way to address various health concerns. I have a special interest in veterinary acupuncture and ophthalmology, and also in finding new places to explore with my adventure cat, Poptart.

I have successfully diagnosed and treated corneal ulcers, dry eye disease, ectopic cilia, lymphoma, lens luxation, glaucoma, and many other ocular complexes. My favorite acupuncture cases have involved needling paralyzed pets to walk again, managing arthritis and degenerative myelopathys, relieving chronic obstipation, urinary bladder incontinence, otitis externa, and conjunctivitis, among others.

I see every pet as an individual that requires their needs to be met depending on the specific situation they are facing. Therefore, my approach and challenge is to create an individualized treatment plan for each of my very different and unique patients.
