Dr. Djennadi was very thorough in helping me talk through concerns I have with our sick Australian Shepherd. She read the notes I uploaded in advance, and walked into our conversation as informed as possible. It was such a nice change from our regular vet office, to slow down and have a real conversation - and not feel like the doctor is simply trying to move on to the next room. I plan to follow-up with her again, and would recommend her to anyone.
