Wow , cannot say thank you enough. Me and my husband unplanning, we rescued a dog that is in extremely bad shape with a list of problems. We didn't know where to start, but after our video appointment with Dr. Rao we feel confident in the road ahead for this little guy to recover . It was great meeting with Dr. Rao and discussing Penny's current digestive issues. Dr. Rao asked open ended and specific questions to pin point specific issues Penny is currently dealing with. He is a good listener and appeared genuinely interested in Penny's well-being. He sought clarity as to my understanding of his prescription for Penny's care and allowed time for any follow-up questions I might have had. He outlined his plan of care clearly and provided instructions for following up with him to evaluate her response to therapy. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome of our interaction.
