About Vet

I graduated from Michigan State in 1976 and have practiced in both mixed practice and small animal/companion for almost 45 years. I owned my own practice for 30 years working on any animal needed help. I sold my practice 10 years ago and currently do relief work at small animal clinics and I am the veterinarian for the Idaho Falls Zoo, an AZA accredited facility. I have worked here for 30 years. I raised Arabians for many years, worked on competitive and endurance trail rides, been a trail veterinarian for the Iditarod Sled Dog race, Ashton Dog Derby, IPSSSDR in Wyoming and am the head veterinarian for the Idaho Sled Dog Challenge in McCall, Idaho. I love my job and the people I work with. I have has the unique opportunity to work overseas on volunteer spay/neuter clinics with World Vets in several Central and South American countries. I love to cycle and travel and try to combine them. I would love to help you however I can and will do my best to answer your questions and address your concerns.
