Vetster made no disclosure of the fact that no prescriptions are available through this site/process. We have used telemedicine with our human family members and there is no problem getting prescriptions written for the humans, so there was no reason for us to assume that none is available for dogs. It may be in the fine print somewhere, but for something as critical as prescriptions with regard to medical services, there should be a disclaimer check box before the purchase. We are out of town and had a choice between getting an appointment with Vetster and getting an appointment with a new veterinarian on the road. We chose Vetster. That was a mistake. Now, the veterinary clinics are all closed and our dog has to suffer through the weekend with no meds after all. :( We are leaving a positive review because the question was how was the experience with Dr. Collins. He did his best with what his limitations were, but for Vetster, zero stars. Waste of money for our purposes.
