Dr. Ashraf exceeded my expectations with her knowledge of the condition of my chicken. But what gave me the deepest satisfaction was her personal warmth and compassion for me and my dying chicken, Sylvie. Although Sylvie’s illness and passing cannot be repaired or reversed, Dr Ashraf expressed genuine understanding and gave me a lot of advice to prevent the rest of my flock from getting sick. I’m a first time Vetster user and I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the experience.

Dr. Munsath was very thorough and helpful with my skittish cat. Learned some information unrelated to the current eye infection. She was also very friendly and patient, which I appreciate as both me and my fur baby were stressed. Would absolutely recommend and I always love when I pick a good provider - although, I have only had positive experiences with Vetster.
