About Vet

Hi there! I graduated the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. I was born, raised and educated on a small farm in Missouri then made my way to San Diego (by way of Las Vegas) and have been here since 2018. I am passionate about dentistry, nutrition, sports medicine and rehabilitation and surgery for our pets (that I call kiddos). My experience is in general practice and emergency medicine, as well as neurology and surgery (as I was an assistant in those departments prior to vet school). I have 3 spoiled kiddos (dogs) of my own who are quite the motley crew: A Lab/Great Dane mix, a Cattledog/Pointer mix, and a French Bulldog. I can’t wait to meet your kiddos and help answer any questions you may have.

Dr. Day provided great virtual care. My cat had received an x-ray earlier in the day and needed someone to answer questions about the radiology report. Dr. Day broke everything down so that it was easy to understand and offered advice for what a treatment plan could look like.
