Vet was very professional but technical issues caused the appointment to start late. I was informed that the vet would not be able to prescribe flea and tick meds due to location restrictions but this was not clear when I signed up to the platform . The original vet I set up time with was available online then I was notified twice that she wouldn’t be available after I scheduled and rescheduled.
