Dr. Lavalee was wonderful! She took the time to actually listen to Rosie’s issues and talked at length about different ways to resolve the issue. I never felt like I was rushed through the appointment.

Dr. Lavallee was excellent at giving my pet hamster Pesto the love, care, and attention she needed! She helped go over the possible causes & solutions to help her feel much better. Dr. Lavallee had a ton of knowledge on hamsters, so I knew my Pesto was in good hands. She provided extra resources and information, going above & beyond. I thank her for helping out in such a stressful time!!!

This was my first time using an online vet service and it was great! We saw Dr. Lavallee for our Guinea pig, but would also use her for our dogs if needed. She was extremely knowledgeable, and took time to see if I had any other questions. I highly recommend Dr. Lavallee!
