The doctor tried her best to help me; however, due to Florida’s laws- she was unable to prescribe any medications. I did not know this or I would have taken other options since my cat is still suffering (unfortunately). She asked many thorough questions about my cats and I know she wanted badly to help my cat. A very nice doctor. She was trying to help- but Florida is a terrible place for pet telehealth.

Thank you Dr Vales! My Riley was able to sleep last night. My poodle has been having difficulty breathing and makes a honking sound. I couldn’t get a next day appointment so I made one on Vetster.Dr Vales was able to see Riley and hear him and advised of medication to help. I will definitely contact her again.!
