Dr. Holly let me explain what was going on with my dog. Then had some follow up questions before explaining what could possibly be wrong. She helped me understand what bad signs to look for in case things got worse. But helped me understand what I can do for now to hopefully see signs of improvement. She was very kind and helpful!
