I am originally from Houston, Texas but moved to Colorado in 2017 to escape the constant heat. I studied at Texas A&M University and received my bachelor’s degree in biomedical science. My interest in animal medicine inspired me to continue my education at Texas A&M where I received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2014. My areas of interest include exotic animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine and emergency medicine.
I enjoy the outdoors and traveling. I am an adrenaline junkie and love sky diving, bungee jumping, white water rafting and scuba diving. My house is full of animals, complete with 3 dogs, 2 cats, salt and fresh water fish, 4 snakes, and a blue tongue skink.
