Greetings from Vermont. I have been a veterinary nurse for 33 years. Most of my career has been in small animal companion medicine but I have also done a fair amount of equine, exotics and small animal emergency critical care. I have been the President of the Vermont Veterinary Technician Association since 2005 and truly enjoy expanding and furthering my profession.
I have a special interest in GI disease, nutrition, dentistry, feline inappropriate elimination behavior, canine cardiology, everything analgesia and anesthesia and palliative end of life care. I really like to take time with pet parents snd get really good history’s to help them decipher their animals needs.
I also run a non profit that provides veterinary dentistry and surgery for homeless people's pets and senior citizens in need. I really enjoy educating pet parents especially the less fortunate. Quality veterinary care should be available to all pet owners.
I think Vetster is an excellent platform to let me share my knowledge without the rush of a busy practice. I look forward to helping your local veterinarian get a very thorough history from me to be able to practice exceptional care for you and your four legged family.
