I was born and raised in Southern California and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. I then earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee. Following veterinary school, I completed a small animal rotating internship.

My professional interests include toxicology, antimicrobial stewardship, pain management, and emergency medicine.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and our dogs, snowboarding, gardening, being a "foodie," and spending time with friends and family.
