About Vet

Dr. Arielle Lubin grew up in Long Island, NY, and has wanted to become a veterinarian for as long as she can remember. She started working officially as a vet assistant 18 years ago, and has had many roles in the vet industry throughout the years. She has been a fully licensed veterinarian for 7+ of those years.

After researching Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT, Dr. Lubin decided to follow her love of veterinary medicine by studying at the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. From there, she returned to Brooklyn, where she completed a year-long small animal rotating medicine and surgical internship at the Veterinary Emergency and Referral Group. She then worked in general practice at a hospital in Brooklyn for several years.

Now, Dr. Lubin enjoys working with a variety of different practices in-person, and has had extensive experience in TeleHealth over the past 4+ years virtually helping thousands of pets and their owners. Outside of work, Dr. Lubin enjoys performing and listening to music, dancing, hiking, and cooking extensively. She lives with her 2 beloved senior cats, Amadeus (an orange tabby) and Glia (a long-haired tuxedo).

Dr. Lubin was personal, empathetic and provided me with several options of treatment to try for my senior cat's fur issues. She was patient when listening to my concerns, and explained her reasoning behind specific treatments for me to understand. I've used other vets in my local area where you have to put up with their awful bedside manner just to get treatment, because options here in Upstate NY are limited. This is my first online vet experience and I am pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

She was very patient and understanding of my concerns with my dog. She brought up things that I hadn’t thought of and really cared about my pet and the problems that exist.

Thank you for helping calm my nerves about what could be wrong with my dog. Your recommendations were helpful in the moment until I could get her evaluated

I couldn’t get into my vet as they didn’t have any openings for several days and the vet urgent care was closed today. This was a great option. The Dr was very knowledgeable and thorough and the price was very reasonable,

I got a telehealth appointment in due to being unable to get my cat seen in-person until my mother is back in town, and my gosh, this woman is amazing! She suggested cat food based on my cat's existing preferences until I can get him seen so his fluids and vitamins stay up, and she listened to everything I explained about him in order to make the best temporary decisions for his care! 10/10, would recommend again. Vets that hear your pet's exact preferences and conditions are the absolute best, and I am absolutely grateful that I made that appointment to put my anxiety to rest till he can be seen!

5 stars - but really not thrilled with having to see a vet after doing telehealth. Was really hoping for a prescription to help my rabbit's weepy eyes. But I understand that something vet visits are necessary.
