Hi, I’m Dr. Andrew Rocco—a licensed small animal veterinarian with over 10 years of experience caring for cats and dogs, and nearly 20 years in the veterinary field overall. I earned my undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively in both general practice and emergency medicine, helping pet owners navigate everything from routine wellness care to critical medical decisions.
I currently live just outside Seattle with my wife, our three energetic sons, and five very opinionated cats. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me cheering on local junior ice hockey team or enjoying time outdoors with my family.
Through virtual consultations, I provide telehealth services—meaning I can offer general health advice, discuss over-the-counter treatment options, review diagnostic and treatment plans, and help guide next steps for your pet’s care. It’s important to note that under current veterinary regulations, I cannot prescribe medications or make a formal diagnosis unless I have an in-person veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR), as required by law.

- Evaluating minor conditions and recommending home care or advising when an in-person vet visit is necessary
- Providing second opinions on diagnoses or treatment plans
