I have been working in veterinary medicine for about 14 years and have become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the summer of 2013. Veterinary medicine and my love for animals is truly my number one purpose in life. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a pre- veterinary degree and have also been blessed with wonderful experiences such as working at Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s veterinary hospital. I was born with a complete love for all animals big and small. I have worked with mostly dogs and cats but also have experience with exotic pets, farm animals and horses. I volunteer at local shelters and have a soft spot in my heart for adopting/ serving animals with special needs and senior pets. I absolutely love educating clients on their pet’s health and helping them navigate the sometimes stressful world of pet parenting. I am dedicated to continuing my education so I can be the best pet nurse I can be. I share my house with my handsome senior husky mix, my beautiful deaf cat, Nomar, and my most recent addition, Alouise, who was a hit by car as a kitten and now has partial paralysis. Of course, I shouldn’t forget my fiancé Tom! I look forward to working with Vetster to provide quality veterinary information and assistance!
