Hello, I’m Dr. Slaughter! I love working with cats and dogs in general practice. I am originally from Northern California but have been living and practicing veterinary medicine in Alaska since 2017. My girl needed antibiotics for a suspected UTI. I couldn’t get in anywhere - let alone with 3 kids. Dr.Andi sent in a script and instructions for follow up. :)

You should definitely pick Dr. Andi for your online veterinarian. She is very cool. She answered all my questions. I answered all of her questions and she’s gonna give me the prescription I need for my little choo-choo.

I was impressed with how well our visit went. We have a unique situation in SE Alaska for getting prescriptions and vet care and she knew them well. Our dog was well taken care of by her.

I appreciate her detail to explaining all the available options to our dog, especially since previous vets have been more dedicated to the Rx Apoquel which does not provide complete relief. She gave me a solid list of options including over the counter measures we could take to help our dog achieve a full happy life without always being itchy. We hope to try these and not need to see a dermatologist for our dog but I’m confident Dr Slaughter would give us a referral if it was needed. Thank you Dr, I hope the measures provide relief for Benny.
