We absolutely love Dr. McCart! She is very thorough in explaining everything to you including her recommendations for treatment, procedures, nutrition, etc. - and stays up to date on current data (even sited and explained a university study as it related to my senior Cocker Spaniel). She doesn't pressure you into making you think your pet is in need of one particular thing or another, but she does give suggestions and her reasoning. I'm elated to be able to reach out to her for any veterinary concerns or needs through Vetster, without having to stress about causing my pups (or cat) any unnecessary anxiety of travelling to the clinic. I also appreciate the affordability, as aging pets can become costly with exams! I also appreciate the comprehensive & detailed summary provided by Dr. McCart to reference as needed - easy to reference for any follow ups. Highly recommended from this pet parent! Thank you Dr. McCart for all you do, and for loving my furkids as if they were your own.
