About Vet: Hello My name is Dr. Evert. I am a small animal veterinarian Practicing in the Tampa bay are. I have a huge passion for animal welfare and quality of life and, as I am Fear Free certified, it is my main concern. Taking our pets to the doctor can be a stressful and intense experience for them and it is our job to make sure they can feel as comfortable as possible so we can properly help them. My personal passion and interest is hospice and palliative end of life care. This is the most difficult time in our and our pets lives. Emotions are high and there are so many question and uncertainty of when "the right time is". I Specialize in helping answer these questions, keep our pets comfortable for as long as possible, and monitor progression so we can make an informed decision together. I intend on utilizing my veterinary license to alleviate animal suffering howsoever I can. I can't wait to meet you and your pet and see how I can help!

I can ask a lot of questions sometimes and I like how she took the time to answer and even educate me further on some of the topics. I always appreciate a good educator. I didn't feel rushed at all and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Evert was very helpful and thoughtful with a very heard decision I have to make. She listened to my concerns and provided a deeper understanding of all the options, risks, and benefits for my beautiful girl that is in a bad place unfortunately. I am very thankful for her honesty and knowledge of emergency medicine and end of life care.
