Called in a prescription for my dog and advised me that I need her to see a vet in person so that a more complete exam can be done and rule out other possible complications or contingencies. Very nice lady, thanks Doc!

The vet was great. The only glitch was a message just prior to the appointment stating the appointment was cancelled, however the vet showed up and answered my questions quite well.
