Stay part of the conversation between visits

Pet parents make care decisions every day, not just during appointments. When a question comes up after hours or a follow-up feels difficult to book, they often look elsewhere for an answer. Vetster gives them a direct path back to a veterinary team they trust: yours.

FAQ

No. Vetster is designed to support your clinic, not replace it. Virtual visits can be tied to your clinic experience so clients remain connected to you, not a third-party provider.

Telehealth allows clinics to provide general guidance, support follow-ups, and perform teletriage remotely. It can support care within an existing veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR), and in some cases, help establish one when appropriate. When a hands-on exam, diagnostics, or procedures are needed to meet the standard of care, patients are seen for an in-clinic visit so your team can focus on in-person care where it’s truly needed.

Vetster works alongside your existing setup, allowing you to introduce virtual care without changing how your team schedules, manages, or delivers in-clinic care.

Virtual care helps your team answer questions, support follow-ups, and triage concerns when enough information can be gathered remotely to make informed decisions. When a hands-on exam, diagnostics, or procedures are needed to meet the standard of care, an in-person evaluation is always the recommended next step.

You can use your own veterinarians, Vetster’s network, or a combination of both, depending on your availability and how you want to deliver care.

Virtual care helps identify cases that can be managed remotely versus those that require in-person care, allowing appropriate appointments to be handled more efficiently while saving in-clinic time for cases that truly need in-person care. It also creates an opportunity to capture revenue from client interactions that have traditionally been managed by client service associates (CSAs) over the phone without a billable service. Virtual care strengthens client relationships and supports continuity of care between visits, including follow-ups, monitoring, and ongoing case management to improve outcomes. Ultimately, it supports retention while helping your clinic stand out to pet owners who expect timely, convenient access to veterinary care, including digital options.
