Level One comprises six introductory modules and provides 1.5 CE credits: "What is virtual care and why is it important?", "The benefits of providing virtual care", "Getting started", "Virtual care excellence", "The role of the VCPR", and "A deep dive into general advice".

Level Two provides a deeper dive into the elements of a virtual appointment. These modules address advanced topics including: teletriage, client communication strategies, history taking, virtual physical exams, prescribing online, medical records best practices, and more.

The introductory level is designed to be completed at your own pace. You can start and stop the course as you see fit. Level One provides 1.5 RACE-approved CE credits.
