Dr. Katherine Westcott

Hello! My name is Kate and I am very excited to be able to help you and your pet family!

I received my medical degree from Michigan State University in 2011, followed by a year medical/surgical internship in the DC area, and then followed by a year of an emergency and critical care residency outside Boston. I have been a practicing emergency, critical care, and urgent care veterinarian in the Puget Sound area for the past ten years and have just relocated to Boise.

I have an adorable chocolate lab named Wyatt at home along with my partner and his golden retriever Oakley.

When I'm not working I will be outdoors in the mountains hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, or just enjoying the peace of nature.
