Our dog, Comet, had been declining quickly and, being a weekend and him being a very large dog who wasn’t mobile, we didn’t want to put him through the stress of an emergency vet visit. We needed help assessing his situation and Dr. Emily listened thoughtfully to his history and was kind but also honest about his quality of life and chances of recovery. It helped us feel more confident in making the decision to let him go. I would use this service again. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 though because her camera wasn’t working, which was a little disappointing to not see who I was talking with. She could see us though, and that was most important.

I had very quick visits for each of my dogs. She was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. It was nice to not have to leave the house or wait a few days and drag my dogs into the vet
