Other amenities include the Seaport Social Lounge and Restaurant, an indoor saltwater pool, and whirlpool tubs. The Westin Nova Scotian is pet friendly. You can have up to one pet per room, and you will be charged a $35 pet fee per stay. There are dog beds, bowls, and treats available. It is also right across from Peace and Friendship Park where you can bring your dog for pet relief.
2. The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites
The Lord Nelson Hotel is pet friendly. You can also ask the concierge for information about nearby pet services. There is no pet relief area on the property, but your dog is allowed to visit the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, located across the street. Amenities include a Mediterranean restaurant and bar, a gym, and an indoor saltwater pool. Dogs are allowed in Four Points. You can have one dog weighing no more than 80 pounds, and you will be charged $50 per stay. Treats are sometimes available at the front desk.
