Dr. Brian Ogilby clearly explained why my dog was having issues, went into full detail and was very thorough. Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. She was so professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
