It is so convenient and not stressful to get advice from a licensed vet via video conference. Dr. Ringler is very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my non compliant cat. I followed her instructions and my cat made a remarkable recovery the next day.

Dr. Ringler was great and took a long time to ask questions about our bird’s environment and recent experiences, other pets in the house, weight, etc. She recommended a pharmacy that could fill our prescription, even on a Saturday afternoon.

Respiratory issues as well as swell as a swollen eye with discharge. Dr. Ringler suggested terramycin for her eye and sent a prescription for the infection.
