Dr. Austin was so helpful and kind to us when our cat had some seizures, she explained everything so thoroughly and answered all of our questions in easy ways for us to understand. She helped us come up with a game plan for this and gave us much needed advice in our emergency. Dr. Austin is realistic and optimistic about the care of older animals and we truly appreciated it.

Dr. Austin is my favorite. She really took her time to chat about what was impacting my dog and listened to what I was saying for giving her advice. And the information was so incredibly thorough, easy to understand while still being incredibly detailed. Gave me all the space I needed to ask questions and advised on what to look for when finding a vet if I decided to go through with the procedure. One of the best vet visits I’ve ever had. And she was also a lot of fun to chat with outside of my dog’s eye issue. So grateful to have met with Dr. Austin. Highly recommend.
