Originally from West TN, in many past lives, I was a maintenance man, leasing agent, operations officer for AT&T, bartender, restaurant manager, and veterinary assistant. I earned both my bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The University of Tennessee. Married to a brilliant and beautiful veterinarian, Ellen Everett. I have an interest in all things small animal, avian, and exotics with particular interests in cardiology, diagnostic imaging, and nutrition. My wife and I share our lives with a Labrador Retriever, English Springer Spaniel, an orange tabby, and a horse.

Dr.Everett was amazing. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He put me at ease about my dog’s eating (or non-eating) issues. It was nice to be able to actually talk with a vet and not feel like I’m being hurried. He was able to tell from just looking at my pup that he’s a tad overweight. Best of all, he’s gonna review the ingredients of his food and treats to be sure we’re on the right path. I recommend this platform and particularly this doctor without lip hesitation!
