Dr. Holtvoigt was friendly and listened to the issue with our dog. She looked at the pictures I had sent prior to the appt. She was nice and gave information and what we could try until we can call our vet in the morning. I messaged her a question and she responded rather quickly. Highly recommend this service and veterinarian if you have a question or need piece of mind.

My Mom was in for the Holiday with her service dog who became sick. We were able to make an almost immediate appointment with a Dr. Who was able to see her and talk is through what we should start with to help her feel better. The Dr. Was kind and listened to all of our concerns. PLUS, she said the chat was available for questions and concerns over the next couple days.
