About Vet

Dr. Jennifer Tuttle graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 and has been practicing Small Animal medicine in Texas and California ever since. She has a particular interest in geriatric care, hospice care, and end-of-life issues, as well as being able to help with all aspects of Small Animal General Practice, including wellness/preventive care, dermatology, ophthalmology, infectious diseases, parasites, and urgent care issues such as vomiting, diarrhea, limping, small wounds, etc. **I am licensed in both CA and TX. At this time, I am able to prescribe for California residents ONLY. In some cases, an in-person veterinary exam may be required prior to prescribing. *The state of Texas does NOT allow licensed veterinarians to diagnose or prescribe via telehealth platforms; however, I can help you decide when/if a visit to your vet is needed, what tests might be helpful, and give at-home care suggestions to improve comfort in the meantime

My dog has been coughing and wheezing for last 2 days. Dr. Tuttle was very compassionate though out the process of evaluating and explaining the condition, possible reasons that could cause it and shared medical advice with follow up instructions. It was an overall great experience and have put my mind at ease.

She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I will still most likely need to take my dog into the vet because of Texas laws, but as a vet... She was great!

I needed flea meds for a cat who recently adopted us but wouldn’t do well being taken to the vet. This worked out great! Thank you!
