My appointment goals are to help pet owners better understand their pets' disease and make informed decisions in their future care. I can help you decide if your pet needs emergency care, and prepare you for what to expect at the ER. I want you to use me as a resource to coordinate the best care your pet deserves. Whether it is a new diagnosis that you don't understand, or needing to talk to someone about what to do when your pet is in the hospital, these are the types of problems I have faced in my career. I have been in emergency and critical care practice for 12 years after graduating from Cornell Vet School in 2008. I achieved board certification in emergency and critical care for small animals in 2012, and have been working in a small animal, multi-specialty practice in the ICU since that time. I can also assist you in follow up care needs after a hospital stay. Sharing your pet's recent medical records will be super important to ensure I can offer you all the best care during our appointment!
