Doctor Carlin has exclusively treated domestic cats since 1993. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to Veterinary College he served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969-1974. He graduated from Annapolis, United States Naval Academy in 1969.
