About Vet

I was raised in Los Angeles, CA in a small area called Cheviot Hills. Growing up I always had an affinity towards animals, feeding stray cats, taking birds and squirrels in my care. I didn't know what a veterinarian was entitled to at that young age but I knew when I got my first dog at the age of 6, that I had a bond with him stronger than any bond I ever had. My passion for animals and affinity towards medicine brought me finally to apply to vet school.
I got my veterinary degree in 2009. Shortly after I moved to the Bay Area and worked in multiple locations in the Bay Area with experience in small animal medicine and small mammals. I currently travel and work at multiple hospitals in California. This gives me flexibility to travel abroad and learn new things all the time. Every hospital I worked at has something special about them to offer and help broaden my scope.
I am a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, California Veterinary Medical Association. My interests are in senior pet care, dermatology, canine rehabilitation, and pocket pets. I am a big believer in preventative medicine, quality medicine and love to connect with clients on how to strengthen their human-animal bond and keep their pets healthy and happy for as long as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with her husband, rescue pet dog - Remy, and 2 rescue cats Ree and Mee. My passions are enjoying nature, going hiking, traveling, cooking, and exploring new dog-friendly restaurants in California.

DISCLAIMER****** ****************PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Unfortunately, in the state of CA, where I am licensed, Veterinarians are unable to DIAGNOSE AND/OR PRESCRIBE MEDICATION through online appointments unless there is an in-person exam prior to online meetings within the last 12 months.
Therefore I am only available for Telehealth and triage advice only. However, I can still help answer as many questions as you may have about your pet's health and well-being in realm. For instance questions like "When to take your pet to the vet?", "Am I feeding my pet a good pet food?", " How to get my pet to urinate outside instead of inside my house ?". Having experience working in over 20 hospitals, I can help you to make your appointment with the vet more fruitful, guide you on what questions are vital to ask along with other topics.
As mentioned above I am strong believer in preventative care and love educating my clients. ;) I would be more than happy to review your pet's bloodwork with you as this is something I enjoy doing at my regular jobs as well. I can also suggest any over-the-counter supplements or medications when they may be suitable as well on a case-to-case basis. If you are booking and looking for a certain time or date, send me a message and I will try to accommodate your schedule whenever I can. I look forward to speaking to you and meeting your furry friend(s). Cheers!
