Hello! I have been a licensed veterinarian in Washington State for over 15 years — I have 10 years experience working at an open-intake and No-Kill animal shelter, 1 year in general clinical practice, and 3 years as a house call veterinarian providing general care, vaccinations, hospice care, and euthanasia.

I have evaluated thousands of dogs and cats in my career so far, everything from one-day-old kittens and puppies, to 19- and 20-year-old dogs and cats. Sometimes I am able to help with species such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats, but this is only on a case-by-case basis...

I currently live with 6 rescue dogs (though at one time I had 10 dogs and 3 cats!), so I’m fairly adept at managing multi-pet homes and living with special needs pets with medical or behavioral problems. I've had deaf dogs, blind dogs, physically disabled pets, and behaviorally challenging dogs!

Dogs and cats are my most favorite things in the world, so I spend most of my time doing or thinking about something animal related.... I also just love problem solving, so if you have an animal problem, I’d like to try to help you solve it!
