About Vet

Dr. Jones graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Prior to obtaining her DVM, she worked as a registered veterinary technician for 11 years. After graduation, she completed a rigorous small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at the University of Florida, before going back to Ohio State to complete a research internship in Internal Medicine with an emphasis on chronic kidney disease and feline medicine. Dr. Jones is currently an Internal Medicine resident, pursuing speciality accreditation. She has experience working in emergency and critical care, general practice, holistic medicine, and speciality medicine. She has also been a speaker at various international veterinary conferences.

While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, she's passionate about nutrition, geriatric and hospice care, giving second opinions regarding complex medical cases, overall long-term health and longevity, behavior suggestions and supplement or integrative care recommendations. She is very thorough and honest; and enjoys finding new or creative ways to help her patients and their caregivers. Dr. Jones can consult with you regarding your pets current problem or diagnosis, provide suggestions for continuing or advanced care, make recommendations for helping your pet live their best life, suggest home-remedies or diet modifications, or in some cases, help you decide if you should seek emergency care after hours.

She lives in the Columbus Ohio area with her two amazing dogs, Rosalita and Briar Jane. Her dogs are her family and she firmly believes in treating all patients the way she would want her own pets treated.
