If you need advice on a small bird he was very informative about things you can get at a bird supply store! Unfortunately, 10 minutes after the call, my old bird passed. Still, I have information and more confidence about caring for sick birds. Also about ways to do wellness checks and the proper way of feeding them. He also helped by letting me know how the items he recommended could help other pets in my home. I was suddenly not as helpless and was worth every penny. I couldn't save this bird but now will be able to help my other birds in the future. Thank you for advising on the care of Hopscotch. If I acted sooner I know this was incredible advice.
