Mastiff with some mobility issues made us reach out. Dr. Dietrich was friendly, patient, so so knowledgeable. Willing to walk through all scenarios and outcomes. Answered all questions, asked all the right questions. Great experience for a scardy dog who doesn’t love going to the vet.

Dr. Dietrich saw my bearded dragon, Mr. Beardie. Dr. Dietrich was very attentive to my dragon’s needs and took a thorough history and virtual exam. He gave me a lot of great advice and tips and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very kind and considerate throughout the encounter. He also made himself available for questions for 48 hours after my appointment with him in case I think of anything else. Much love!

He was very friendly and had personal as well as veterinary experience with my beardie. He helped me fix some husbandry issues also.

Clearly loves animals. As thorough as an exam as you can do virtually (asked me to pull back her lips, took a look at her teeth, have her stand up, etc). Explained the differential in clear layperson language, encouraged questions. Highly recommend.

Dr Richard was super kind with Chelsea and got us set up with some prescriptions that I’m confident will resolve her eye issue!
