He was very friendly and had personal as well as veterinary experience with my beardie. He helped me fix some husbandry issues also.

Clearly loves animals. As thorough as an exam as you can do virtually (asked me to pull back her lips, took a look at her teeth, have her stand up, etc). Explained the differential in clear layperson language, encouraged questions. Highly recommend.

Dr Richard was super kind with Chelsea and got us set up with some prescriptions that I’m confident will resolve her eye issue!

Dr. Dietrich was incredible! Booked the appointment about an hour in advance and he was very thorough with our Bella. Took his time in examining her and was asking all kinds of questions to determine what the issue could be. He took the time to answer all of our questions as well. Mailed in our prescriptions too. Thank you Dr. Dietrich!

Dr. Dietrich helped our family so much, we feel so relieved to have answers about our dog, a helpful treatment plan and easy to follow directions to create positive changes. He made it easy, helped us understand the issue further and instilled confidence in us, thank you again!

Glad we found Dr. Dietrich for our 12 yr senior pup. Couldn't see his vet in town for next 2 days or a phone appt in 4 days. Due to our pups breed, Kuvasz, requires heavy sedation to be examined every time. Choose Dr. Dietrich based on a number of factors specific to our pups' health history. Glad we did.
