Very thorough; considerate of all the details and intent on evaluating lily's problem,... He tried to give me a "big picture" explanation. Our appointment inspired trust, and I feel better having sought a second opinion. His confidence was reassuring.

We’ve had a difficult time finding a veterinarian for our rabbit Bradly. Our local vets do not treat “exotics”. Dr. Dietrich was able to diagnose Bradly and gave us valuable information about diet and things to watch out for. We truly appreciate his expertise. We will definitely book our future appointments with him.

He was very thorough and seemed like he cared and asked detailed questions and answered all the questions we had and didn’t make us feel silly for calling about a hamster.

Doctor explained the process very well prescribed us with some medication and make sure that we understood everything. I was very happy that we found him.

Dr. Dietrich was so knowledgeable and kind. It was such a blessing to be able to talk to such a great vet online. Many local vets do not treat small mammals and I’m so glad that we could get our guinea pig seen in a timely manner!

Thank you so much Dr. Dietrich for making my first Vetster appointment so great. I appreciate you reviewing his health history with me and giving a few different options for treatment. It is clear you have a lot of experience and really care about animals. Next time I need a virtual visit I will schedule with you.
