I've been a veterinarian for 41 years.
I spent the lion's share of my career working as a veterinary-school professor. Those years prepared me well for telemedicine, for trying to explain complicated things in a clear and understandable manner.
Cat's are my thing. After veterinary school, I obtained a PhD studying cats, feline leukemia virus, and stem cells.
I'm the veterinary scientist who performed the first-ever blood stem cell transplant in a cat (in 1984). Our research team went on to perform one hundred and twenty some blood stem cell transplants in cats.
You can learn more about me on my (outdated;-( ) web site www.onemedicine.com or on my Linked In page (https://www.linkedin.com/in/onemedicineman/).
I'm thrilled to be part of the Vetster Team.
I'm confident that I can provide you some insights regarding whatever may be going on with your dog or cat.
