Like many others, I always knew I wanted to be a veterinarian. After completing my undergraduate degree in art with an emphasis in photography and taking time to work as a mountain guide and aerialist, I attended veterinary school at Washington State University, graduating in 2018. After school, I received additional training through multiple internships, with a focus on small animal surgery and oncology. Throughout these programs, I frequently worked in emergency and urgent care clinics to help maintain a well-rounded practice and I am currently completing additional advanced training specifically in medical oncology. I am passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine with a special love for oncology, soft tissue surgery, palliative/hospice care, as well as end-of-life care, and support for families. I strongly believe that our pets are family members and deserve to be treated with the same compassion and high-quality care as we would our human family.
