Galad had been a patient of Dr. Kneeland for over a year, and she's his favorite vet. with a non-emergency health concern, this was a lot less stressful for him and us. She answered every question patiently and listened to our concerns like the awesome doctor she is. Will definitely use this service again!

Michelle is the funnel of the information online. I was overwhelmed and confused about caring for our leopard gecko and at least now I feel I have the right information and a lifeline at my disposal. Highly recommend for any exotic pet owner.

Being a fairly new bearded dragon/reptile caretaker, I am very inquisitive and sometimes overly concerned with his well-being. My Beardie has unfortunately experienced tail rot once before since loving/providing for him. His outcome at the time was a good one and life was back to normal. As of last night, tail rot began again. This time his presentation is different than the last. I could not be seen by my local veterinarian I attempted to find some sort of assessment and care. I was weary of a virtual "office visit" but it turned out to be very informative and comforting! I thought Dr. Michele was more than knowledge, considering having to assess my guy via the internet. She spent quality of time assessing and determining what action of care is needed, as well as calming/reassuring my fears and overactive mind. If such a situation would arise again, I would not hesitate to find Dr Michelle online. 5+++++ stars for review! Thank you Dr Michelle for everything!

This vet helped my husband and I sort out an illness affecting my flock of silkie chickens. She was very helpful, patient ( I had a LOT of questions) and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend her to to other poultry owners.
