With over 25 years of experience as a small animal veterinarian, including 17 years as a veterinary practice owner, I am very comfortable consulting with pet owners in a telemedicine video format. I hold veterinary licenses in Florida, Rhode Island, Maine, and Michigan. Once we have established a Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) via a video consultation, I can prescribe medications and recommend supplements and diets for your pet. Your pet must be present for the consultation, and you will be asked to show them up close for their examination.

I thought my puppy had an ear infection or ear mites. The doctor was able to look at the Picture I sent and on the video call and see that it was an ear infection. She was able to friendly and gave me lots of great advice and prescribed meds. We will use her again

My dog develop some hotspots and my regular Vet couldn’t see him for a couple weeks. Urgent care wasn’t an option because I have a newborn and cannot spend all day in a waiting room. I made an appointment with Dr. Royce and my pup was given a virtual examination and prescribed medication for his hot spots within 24 hours of making the appointment without us having to leave home. This has been a wonderful experience!
