I am a veterinarian with over 35 years of clinical experience under her belt, now semi-retired with a housecall only practice in Brooklyn, N.Y. I spent the first fifteen years of my veterinary career as an associate, developed a strong interest in integrative veterinary medicine and became certified in veterinary acupuncture. In order to be able to combine the "best of eastern and western" philosophies I opened my own full service clinic, Animal Healing Arts of Carroll Gardens, in the spring of 2000 practicing a mix of conventional medicine, surgery, dentistry and alternative modalities when best suited to the individual needs of my patients. Animal Healing Arts transitioned to housecall in 2016. My favorite way to practice? Spending quality time observing you and your beloved pet in your home environment, listening and paying attention to details!
