About Vet

I am a small animal internal medicine veterinarian with 24 years of experience. I completed my small animal internal medicine residency at Texas A&M University. I am Fear-Free certified. I also have certifications as a Nutrition Coach and a Therapeutic Nutrition Coach (for sick pets). Please note that potential prescriptions are only available in California, Arizona, and Virginia at this time.

While I love cats and dogs of all ages, I especially love older pets, kittens, and puppies. They have special needs, and caring for them can be challenging at times. I like helping pet parents know what may be causing their pet's signs and what treatment options are available. Most importantly, I enjoy helping pet parents decide which next steps are best for them and their pets.

My pets are former strays - Cleo a black, pointy-eared mixed-breed dog who has no idea she is 12 years old, and Luke Skywalker, the best cat in the world.

Dr. Fryer was informative and calmed our nerves on a Sunday when very few vet offices are open. Especially for our cat who doesn’t travel well, this was great. She was thoughtful with her advice and prescriptions.

This is an excellent way to get the veterinary help needed for non-emergency care. The Dr. was informative and helpful, especially in locating a place that might be able to take my kitty in person since all the clinics and hospitals in the area are booked. There are some limitations as to what they can do, but that is to be expected. Arizona state laws can be complicated as well in terms of what they can and can’t do, especially when it comes to meds. However, I’m glad I bought the subscription because I WILL continue to use the service and this doctor. Dr. Fryer is GREAT!!! :)
