About Vet

I am a small animal internal medicine veterinarian with 24 years of experience. I completed my small animal internal medicine residency at Texas A&M University. I am Fear-Free certified. I also have certifications as a Nutrition Coach and a Therapeutic Nutrition Coach (for sick pets). Please note that potential prescriptions are only available in California, Arizona, and Virginia at this time.

While I love cats and dogs of all ages, I especially love older pets, kittens, and puppies. They have special needs, and caring for them can be challenging at times. I like helping pet parents know what may be causing their pet's signs and what treatment options are available. Most importantly, I enjoy helping pet parents decide which next steps are best for them and their pets.

My pets are former strays - Cleo a black, pointy-eared mixed-breed dog who has no idea she is 12 years old, and Luke Skywalker, the best cat in the world.
