Greetings! My name is Stuart Hovis, but you can call me Dr. Stu. I am a 1997 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Most of my career has been spent in animal welfare and performing and teaching spay/neuter surgery. As you can tell, I am very interested in helping to solve the pet overpopulation problem, however, more specifically I want to help the health and welfare of stray and community cats. If you have found a stray cat and need advice, work in cat rescue, or even want to know what happens to your cat during a spay or neuter, I am here to answer your questions. I love answering any questions that will humanely get us one step closer to solving the stray and feral cat problem we have here in the United States. I look forward to speaking with you!
